Ok. So regarding this verse (below) I found very little. And if I'm honest what I did find I was not overly impressed with.

OK. I know Proverbs 31:23 (below) seems like its written about the husband but really its not or at least it isn't written just for/about him.
So today's verses (below) really got me thinking. Mostly cause I struggled to find anything really compelling in my research to help fluff my knowledge nest.
You wouldn't believe that I started this blog, saved it, and still lost all my progress so as I sit here rewriting it I can only hope it comes out as good as if not better than my first attempt. And that I don't forget anything. I know I should probably take notes, but apparently this time I decided it would be good to use the little facts that stay fresh in my mind.
So you'll have to be patient with me. I'm blogging from my tablet again, and I'm not entirely certain I've got it all figured out.
Back into Proverbs again and I'm up to verses 18 and 19 (below) So hubby is home today and I only have my tablet which means its just far to difficult to do my proverbs women stuff. This means that I'm going to let you know what's going on in my life instead.
I'm no 'iron woman' in truth I am overweight and unfit. But that is not the Proverbs woman she is strong, fit and healthy.
The Proverbs woman has a good head on her shoulders. There's no doubt that she plans. She is intelligent and confident. This image is from this website HERE.
So today's verse seems to be pretty simple. The proverbs women gets up early and serves her household but is that all its about?
Once again if you've been reading Proverbs 31:10-31 with me then you've probably noticed the archaic language. For the women of today the idea of being like a merchant ship goes hand in hand with oil spills (remembering I live in Tauranga where the Rena crashed). Back when this verse was first written though this verse was pretty darn insightful and the women (and men) would have been fairly clear on what it meant.
