As we christen a new year all the common tropes will come out ‘new year, new you’ the insistence for you to create goals, achieve new things, be more. As though there is something wrong with you or as if the only time you can make a positive change is when the year ends and starts anew.

Christmas is full of so many incredible things, not least of them getting to spend time with the people we love.
I briefly mentioned earlier this week on my Instagram stories that I was weighed at the Doctors, that it had derailed me a little bit, and I want to jump into that a little bit more.
I know a lot of people want to blame 2020 for all the worlds ills, and maybe it has been a contributing factor in their lives, but for me that’s not why Christmas feels different.
As I work my way to the very bottom of the jar with multiple products I’m confronted yet again with how to replace them.
